Leilani Anderson Monroe
Founder of
CEOess™, Boss Women Network LLC , and The Network Inc.
I don’t build hustle cultures. I build systems that protect women.
I’m Leilani Anderson-Monroe — a real estate broker, podcast host, and the founder of CEOess™, powered by Boss Women Network LLC. But more importantly, I’m a woman who chose self first before scale. After years of over-giving, over-collaborating, and carrying more than I was meant to, I rebuilt my life and businesses around one principle:
If the system doesn’t support you, it will eventually drain you.
As the visionary behind CEOess™, I teach ambitious women how to streamline their operations using automation, AI employees, and elegant branding. Whether you’re a podcaster, coach, realtor, business owner, or creative, I help you do less, automate more, and grow with purpose.
Through CEOess™, I help ambitious women design businesses that move with structure, clarity, and control — not burnout.
That means:
- automating operations
- building AI-supported systems
- creating boundaries that protect energy
- scaling without depending on people, politics, or chaos
This isn’t about doing less work.
It’s about doing the right work.
What I Do
Self-First> Systems> Scale.
I host two podcasts — Leilani’s Couch and The CEOess Era powered by Boss Women Network LLC — where conversations center on leadership, self-trust, systems, and real execution. I also curate high-level roundtables and invite-only experiences for women who are done performing success and ready to live it.
I don’t believe women need more groups to survive.
They need alignment, structure, and self-leadership.
