What CEOess® means to me
CEOess® means Self First.
She is a woman who puts herself first. She is the CEO of herself and her life—mentally, spiritually, and physically. She pours into herself first before pouring into others.
Through CEOess®, I help women put AI automations and systems in place so they can put themselves first without having to hire a team first.
The turning point
I stopped shrinking from the woman I am becoming.
I used to suffer from self-sabotage, self-doubt, and a lack of confidence. I had to choose a new way to see myself and a new way to lead my life. Today, when people see me and think I am “all that,” I answer honestly: “And Do,” humbly.

My story
Born in Hawaii. Raised in Houston. Built with purpose.
Born in Hawaii and raised in Houston, TX, I learned early that being different is not a disadvantage. It is direction. That belief has shaped every chapter of my work—from real estate and executive leadership to media, business development, and building rooms for women to grow.
I am drawn to the moment a strong idea needs an operator: someone who can see the vision, create the structure, and carry it through with intention. My work has always been about helping people move from potential to purposeful action.
In real estate, that includes helping women start their own luxury real estate company under the brand they envision. As a Silent Broker and Broker of Record, I provide the qualified oversight behind the operation—so women do not necessarily need to hold the broker license themselves to lead the business. The right structure, broker relationship, and state-specific compliance create the foundation.

As the host of the Boss Women Network Podcast and the curator of private, hand-selected roundtables, I create space for honest conversations, leadership shifts, and the kind of encouragement that moves women to act.
